	Kevin Lowdermilk CEO & President

After three years as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Exostar, Kevin Lowdermilk was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer in late 2006. Kevin has over 20 years of experience within the A&D industry working primarily for Rolls-Royce and a former A&D division of General Motors. His background includes Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Sales Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions experience. Because of this broad background, Kevin has had the opportunity to work with many of the world’s leading aerospace manufacturing companies, all branches of the military and a wide range of airlines.

In addition to his role at Exostar, Kevin currently holds the following Board level appointments: Governance Board, Aerospace Industries Association; Board of Directors, FixS; Board of Directors, CertiPath; and Governance Board, Transatlantic Secure Collaboration Program (TSCP).

Kevin has a BA degree in Economics from Western Kentucky University and has an MBA from Ball State University in Indiana. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and four sons.
