Ludo Van Vooren

Ludo Van Vooren is responsible for the global management of Exostar’s sales and consulting services.
Ludo began his career in 1986 at SobeMap in Belgium as an information systems consultant to the European Parliament and European Printing Office in the field of electronic technical documents. After a 1988 move to the United States, he specialized in the applications of electronic content distribution for the aerospace and airline industries. Ludo continued his career with Jeppesen Sanderson, a leader in aviation information products, participating in the creation and development of its maintenance information services division. He then served as vice president, business development, for PartsBase.com and was the founder and general manager of AviationZone.net.
His 19 years of "B2B" experience includes strategic planning, systems design and sales management in a diverse mix of technology-based Aerospace and Defense focused businesses. Ludo joined Exostar’s management team in February 2001 as Vice-President of Marketing and then lead the first large Supplier Adoption effort for more than 8,000 companies. For the last 3 years, he was leading the International Business group mainly focused on Exostar's customers in the UK and Europe. Ludo also serves as Vice-President of the BoostAero International Association an industry standardization body.
