ProcurePass is a hosted procurement application that enables buyers to search for items, create requisitions and manage the purchase order lifecycle. The intuitive catalog-based shopping cart has configurable workflows, approvals and e-mail notifications. Advanced search capabilities allow for easy navigation though millions of catalog line items. Additionally, ProcurePass offers round trip/punch-out capabilities that give buyers secure access to supplier Web Sites while consistently applying standard workflows and maintaining spend visibility.
ProcurePass is an integrated component of Exostar’s complete purchase-to-pay framework. Hosted within Exostar's Trusted Workspace, ProcurePass provides immediate connectivity to over 70,000 suppliers of direct and indirect goods and services. Our supplier Web portal and content management service makes it easy for trading partners to support your company’s standard processes. Publisher, a catalog publishing service solution, is a complementary service offering to ProcurePass. It is used in the creation of Supplier’s product content. The design of the catalogs is flexible, accommodating basic to complex data element models. Standard features include:
- Managed service – Creation of new catalogs and updates to existing catalogs.
- Content templates – Predefined content templates enable catalog content to be organized and maintained in a concise format.
- Multiple currency options – Numerous currency choices are supported.
- Multiple language options – Numerous languages are supported.
- Tier pricing – Price breaks are supported for quantities of goods chosen.
- Part number limits – There is no minimum or maximum SKU count for catalogs.
- Graphics, drawings and documentation – Hosted and non-hosted solutions.
