As Chief Information Officer, Amy Hogan leads Exostar’s enterprise technology, AI, and platform enablement strategy, driving innovation across the company’s secure, highly regulated industry-focused marketplace. She partners with product and engineering leadership to deliver AI-enabled capabilities, strengthen platform performance, and accelerate growth across the Exostar network of more than one million users worldwide.

Amy’s key initiatives include advancing AI and related technologies as a core driver of business value, embedding intelligent automation, data-driven insights, and scalable digital services across Exostar’s enterprise and marketplace offerings. Her scope spans enterprise systems, DevOps platforms, corporate IT, data strategy, and enterprise reporting, all aligned to support a high-performing, resilient platform.

Previously, Amy served as Vice President of Enterprise Systems & Solutions, where she led enterprise transformation initiatives that modernized Exostar’s technology foundation and established the governance and operating discipline required to scale the business. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles in management consulting, program management, and technical strategy.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Dayton.
