The Code of Conduct prohibits the use of any form of child or forced labor, slavery, or trafficking of persons. We emphasize our commitment to:

  1. Treat all workers with dignity and respect;
  2. Support and respect human rights and avoid any involvement in human rights abuses;
  3. Conduct all operations in a socially responsible, harassment-free and nondiscriminatory manner;

We hold our suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders to the same standards that we hold ourselves. Running a good business means running a safe and ethical business, and that extends well beyond Exostar itself. We have taken and will continue to take a variety of actions to verify the absence of forced labor, slavery, and human trafficking in our supply chain. Anti-bribery and corruption and human trafficking prevention is consistently emphasized as part of training provided to our employees.

Exostar maintains an ethics hotline, which is managed by an independent third party, which can process any information that may indicate a violation or infringement of our Code of Conduct, including our anti human trafficking policy.
