Sick Pay
Employees with more than six months of service can receive their full salary for up to 25 days of absence in any rolling 12-month period (pro-rated for part-time employees). This payment is offset against any qualified Statutory Sick Pay (SSP).
Annual Leave
In addition to eight UK public holidays, each employee receives 21 days of leave per year, which increases by one day each work anniversary to a maximum of 25 additional days annually. Your annual leave entitlement is prorated to the number of complete months remaining in the year.
Company Pension Scheme
Eligible employees will receive details on the current employee and employer contributions to the company pension scheme. Employees become eligible to join after three months of service and can choose to opt out.
Private Medical Insurance & Eye Tests
Private medical insurance (PIM) is available to employees on their 12-month work anniversary. Permanent employees who work with display screen equipment may receive eye tests when required.
Training
Each department at Exostar® UK is provided with a training budget. Employees can be reimbursed for costs incurred when completing courses approved by your manager or business unit leader.
